very bad. no towels, given raggy towels. late.

Checked out before 6:00 pm due to bad accommodation with no towels. Given raggy towels late when staffs where asked that i want to see the manager.. they charged for early check in per hour even its already 12:00 noon. Other hotels don't charge for early check in.
Dirty mouldy bathroom. What was presented in the internet like free complimentary bottled water is not true. No slippers so you have to walk the floor barefooted. No secondary security lock on door.

Extended vacation
Very close to the airport - less than 5 minutes by cab.

Very conveniently located to the airport..especially nice if your flight arrives after midnight.
The room was extremely dirty. Mold was everywhere. Walls were scratched. A lot of bugs everywhere. The air conditioning emitted a strange smell. The hotel pictures are not a good indicator of the actual quality

It's located just out side Mactan-Aiport-Area, around 5~10mins taxi to go here.
There's a small dinning area at the lobby. If you want to dine outside the hotel.
Marina Mall and restaurants are just around 100m across the street.
WiFi:
It's internet only available at the lobby area, and 3G signal of local service provider is very low in the room,
so you better go lobby area if you need internet.

Quick in and out for airport travel
Location near airport, good lechon at restaurant, ease of finding outside restaurants.

For travel, perhaps the best bang for the buck hotel on Mactan island Cebu. It's located literally around the corner from the airport, so travel to and from is very easy and cheap. As a room, well, it's a budget hotel so there are no frills. Ask for a room in the back and noise is not really an issue. The beds were adequate and the bathroom minimal, but for the price and location, it's hard to beat. If you like good lechon, the Zubuchon outlet in the lobby has very good roast piggie. There are also numerous other eateries and a grocery store within walking distance, the only problem being you have to cross a busy highway to get to them. All in all, for a traveler on a budget, or for someone who hates the nonsense of having to drive for seemingly hours to get to the airport, Island hotels is an excellent choice.

Decent hotel for the price

Hotel was fine for the price, very close to the airport. There was an issue with the booking which was sorted. Would recommend for a short stop over if you have an early flight / late arrival
