Great location but small room

Great location, convenient to shopping and MTR
Lobby appear to be modern but room was very small with old furniture and frosted window with no views. Not an enjoyable stay. Receptionist were not friendly and gave the wrong direction.

Very nice location.

access to the shops and MTR.
Had a nice stay although the room smells a little like cigarette smoke. Overall the location is the best selling point the hotel can offer.

Most Reasonable Place in TST

In front of Metro and Shopping
I travel everywhere and a lot. But this place for the price is one of the most reasonable place to stay. Along Nathan Rd, Imperial is a walk away from side streets filled with all kinds of shopping and food. Right in front of ISquare Bldg, which is also a Metro exit. Staff is very helpful, even to the point of negotiating with taxis and the likes. Truly, for the price point, it is top choice. Room is clean and comfortable.
Shopping Tip: Nathan is notorious for overpriced electronics and stuff. But this area is filled with shopping malls and side streets filled with finds from watches, cameras, musical instruments, tourist souvenirs, crafts, japanese stuff, etc.

Good hotel, Great location

This is the second time i've stayed at Imperial Hotel. I paid for a deluxe upgrade and the room is very comfortable, good size and good value by Hong Kong standards. However, the bathrooms are in need of updating. Both times I stayed I found the staff to be efficient and friendly. This position in TST is very good and convenient for all attractions in TST and wider Hong Kong. It is also across the road from the MTR entrance which gets you to Cental in two stops or take the Star Ferry, only a few minutes walk and one of the best value tourist trips in Hong Kong.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Watch the Hong Kong city light show at 8pm from the TST promenade, then catch a ferry to Hong Kong island and visit the bars around Soho

Ok hotel

Location was fantastic however the rooms smelled like cigarettes and there was no free wifi!

OK hotel with basic service, internet not free

Hotel accommodation is average, OK for the price. Good location, near major shopping area and to airport. Disappointed that the internet connection was extra.

Great Location

Close proximity to retaurants/subway/shopping
This hotel in Tsim Tsa Tsui in Hong Kong is very convenient for shopping and eating. It is located on Nathan Road, which is one of the busiest streets in Hong Kong. Right when you walk outside the hotel, you will be on a street with restaurants and a 5 minute walk away will take you to a huge shopping plaza. As for inside the hotel and room, it had a very old feel to it. Seems like the hotel has never been remodeled since it's been open. Beds were also very hard and bathrooms could barely fit two people in there.

Convenient Location

Convenient Location, strategically located near train station
Just in a walking distance from the promenade and the Brand street. Very convenient. Room is just ok though. Nothing fancy to talk about.

Great location to explore the city

Great location to explore the city. Near tourist spots, shopping centers, restaurants and public transport.
The room is quite not that good but good value for money. The hotel location is good me and my wife didn't have the difficulty to tour the city via mtr. Near is the avenue of the stars and other attractions and shopping centers which my wife liked so much.
Shopping Tip: Walking distance to harbour city where you can shop all the brands you might look for so no need to go far for shopping.

Easy to find. Route 21 shuttle bus stops right in front of the hotel. Malls every where. Taxi available all day. Subway is just across the street. Small lobby, hallway and room but this is HK so it's acceptable. It's amazing how they can fit everything u need in that small room.
Restaurant Tip: - Hard to find restaurant cuz most of them are located either underground or high floor so look at the signs. Hotel second floor has a nice Japanese restaurant called Otooya. Hotel next door is a building which has steak house and Hakka Hut which serves Dim Sum and nice Chinese food. - Solo female traveler shouldnt come back late. It's look quite dangerous at night.
