Once Imperial, Not Now !

Filthy Bathroom with mould on the grouting, smelly mettalic water, Hairs from previous guest in bathroom. Room its self was OK, basic but all old furniture. Food/ Breakfast was just awful, No Eggs left at all 30 minutes before closing, when asked staff member was told they had no more left. Buffet limited on everything, especially fresh fruit. An old run down hotel that has had no re-investment.

Old Hotel That Requires Upgrading

Location, i.e., near eateries & shops, quiet
Apparently, is the best hotel in town. Old furniture & fittings. Yellow stains in bath tub n bathroom walls....and we were in a deluxe room! Unpleasant odor at corridor. Breakfast was so so. Will not stay here again if there is a new hotel in town

Imperial Hotel, the gem of Narathiwat

Location, tranquil, ample car park
An old hotel (about 20 years I was told). Nevertheless, the room & bed are clean & comfortable. Hotel is near the morning wet market, a place where tourists should not miss. One can savour local delicasies here at reasonable prices

Imperial Narathiwart, the old charm

Location, quiet, near food stalls & restaurants
Old hotel. Veneer, paintworks, long bath etc need upgrading. Not enough signboards to direct guests to the hotel. Hotel, nevertheless, is fairly clean

Excellent Location

Location, facilities, swimming pool
The hotel is positioned absolutely in the centre of the city set back from the main thoroughfare with excellent parking facilities. Nearby are some very good restaurants, the local market and a lively shopping area. However, the hotel is set back from the main bustling street area ensuring that you are not disturbed by noise from traffic or people. The rooms are of a modern, western standard (though a little fadid) with (in my room) a very nice, deep bath tub to relax in (as well as a shower) with a full range of shampoos and bath oils etc. The room rates are in line with other hotels meeting the same standard off the tourist main routes with me paying only $30 per night including a buffet breakfast. Friendly staff, a good sized swimming pool and centrally located for business meetings I can recommend the hotel as a good place to stay in the city.
