my 5th stay in imperial

location,parking,big roon
my 5th stay was okay.i like the location, parking and spacious room.what I can recommend to the management of this condotel, is to clean up tue balcony, spray some insecticides in room.1 unit owner we met in the elevator was very polite and helpful to us.have nice starbucks beside the lobby, and near to restaurants. I suggest dont take adjoining rooms because you can hear people on the other room.suggest also to separate non smoking rooms from smoking rooms

worst hotel i have ever stayed in
this hotel lies about its Facilities. it says it has pool side bar but it is permanantly closed, it does not have laundry service we where told to get taxi to a laundret. the pool was dirty, the service was realy bad. the tv in are room was not working and we had to wait for them to change it. the room smells of smoke as soon as u walk in. the night club is not part of the hotel. if we wanted drinks buy the pool we got told we had to use room service. the only good service we got was from the gard on the front door. me and my wife where very upset to this hotel and it breaks trading standards laws. i would never use this hotel again. and i dont think anyone else should. total disapointment.

Imperial Plaza

The room. The food restaurants nearby. And the staffs are excellent.
The stay was good. The room clean comfortable and spacious. The breakfast suck though. The staff was excellent. However , They were adamant no early check in and will charge you for the service even for an hour. No flexibility there.

Room for improvement

Reasonable bed, fairly new bathroom, cable TV
Hotel is located on a fairly busy roundabout so there is some traffic noise but it didnt stop me sleeping. Hotel lobby is basic and small, with a Starbucks directly connected through the lobby. My room was reasonably clean and looked like it had had a recent makeover. There are only bath towels provided, no floor matt, hand towel or face washer which was poor. Also no tissues or spare toilet paper which was also odd. Bed was firm but comfortable. Sheets were pretty thin and seemed a bit old but were ok. TV had cable TV channels. Took 3 goes asking staff for a clothes iron. Breakfast is a terrible, better off going to Starbucks or 7 Eleven next door. Don't spend extra $ to get breakfast! Pool is also pretty tired and the pool bar looked pretty sparse.

the location is definitely perfect.
I would say several things about this hotel: - first they didn't follow exact time for check in. We arrived 5 minutes to 2pm on our first day but still the front desk insisted the room is still occupied. - Upon checked in, the room was missing amenities a lot. No slippers, no bath mats, only 1 soap, shampoo and no complimentary coffee inside. - I called the reception regarding the missing amenities inside, after an hour nobody come to bring our request. Only at night the amenities have been delivered - on our second day, we left the room at 10AM and then when we come back by 5pm stil the room was not cleaned. I went to the reception asking why, staff said they were all busy because there was a wedding and nobody on duty that day because the person would come in the afternoon. - I asked them that I would want to talk the manager but seemed they didn't listen to me - I asked for the wifi password, staff said I had to wait for an IT to come. - second day I asked again for a wifi password, staff said that wifi wouldn't be working because of typhoon. What is the connection of Typhoon? I could even had a wifi internet connection at Starbucks downstairs. - lacking of manpower - front desk officers are not friendly and they should have attended training - No 24 hours room service for food - I would definitely not recommend this Hotel to my European Guest. - I have been working in a luxury cruise ship as housekeeping manager but first time I experienced worst things on this hotel.
