Romantic Visit
Not a bad Hotel for the money but facilities need updating no phone in the room or any thing in the mini bar to very small complimentary bottles of water and be prepared for lots of early morning noise building all round the Hotel

Cleaning supplies
Lacking of cleaning supplies (i,e, gloves, disinfectant, mop, broom, dustpan, bucket, rags, window or glass cleaner, soap, paper towels and toilet paper) which they can not do a thorough cleaning at bathroom, shower and the rooms. Front desk personnel, guards and cleaning crew was awesome, very friendly and helpful.

Great place...
I love the place close to night life.. The only problem is that there is no hair dryer.. But everything is good..

very disappointed
The floor in the room.was very dirty. Don't expect free mineral.water.everyday of u stay more than 1 nite. Hotel service is bad... i won't stay at this hotel anymore.

Pleasant Stay
Admittedly Imperial Palace Suites is an old hotel but the location is good as it is at the center or Quezon City where most of my meetings took place. So that compensates for the lack of amenities or inadequate staff service that needed to be upgraded as soon as possible if they are to maintain their standing and attract new customers. Anyway, in another matter, is it customary for Agoda to issue official receipts. This travel is a business one so I needed an official receipt as part of the liquidation/reimbursement process. I hope you can help me.
