It was memorably bad.

Unfortunately, we have none to recommend.
Sadly, this will be the last time for us to visit this hotel. 1. Lousy ambiance, finishes look cheap, old & dirty where the floor is always dirty 2. Bad hospitality - the hotel staff wanted to keep our passport for one day, when we complained, they finished registering in 5 minutes - Our hot shower head could only function property, where it takes ages to fill up the bath tub, the staff asked us to patiently wait for the water & was reluctant to let us change room until we threaten to talk to the manager. We finally managed to change our room but was downgraded (no view & smell smoke) - The last shuttle to pick us up from Hoi An town to hotel (9pm) was late, leaving a few of us anxious, if we were stranded and clueless as to whether we should get our own taxi. In addition, there was no sense of sincerity to apologise for the above - Housekeeping was not done when we came back from tour at 3pm! We had to request for it to be done (supposedly after 4pm) - Say "No" attitude to customers 3. Lousy amenities - Room toilet door cannot be closed! - Hotel public toilet (ladies) door cannot be closed too! - Shampoo & body gel provided was of poor quality and only half a bottle - Telephone could not work & not repaired despite our complaint! - The rented bicycle has spoilt bell & very lousy brake - No deposit box in the room

do not stay here - better hotels cost less

my room had an excellent view. So did the breakfast room
for the price I expected a decent stay as I stayed in far better hotels in Hoi An for less. Overall - not recommended Service: - hotel staff didn't make a move to do anything once even being asked many times - barely anyone can understand english well - they supply tooth paste that is like mouth soap Rooms: - very clean rooms and tidy - also very big - with a balcony too to look out over an amazing view - could not get a reliable internet connection to communicate with others when needed on 4th floor - the hotel is very old and the condition of things are not very good, a bit run down, but okay for sleeping Transport - they are far from everything but they charge you to hire a bicycle - other hotels give them free - they charge more to hire run down motorcycles or scooters but other hotels charge less

No customer service

The hotel is in a great location for beach access and the building has character. However I will not recommend this hotel due to the horrible service. The front desk staff need some serious customer service training. They appeared cold and totally disinterested in their guests. Really bad.

Close to the beach. staff had reasonable English

Location, price, shuttle bus
Our stay was reasonably comfortable. Certain things could be improved e.g. Bar staff didnt have a cock screw, bar staff in the evening couldnt speak English ( I tried to buy ice). No top sheets are given.
