Amazing location/beach, awesome lunch buffet, great facilities/staff all around
Though a bit pricey, but totally worth it, the location of the hotel and its private beach is just amazing. The whole facilities is a good piece of architecture, rooms was big and comfy with amazing ocean views of sunset. The breakfast buffet could be swapped for lunch buffet which is much better with great salads, steak and amazing desserts. The bed has an array of pillows unlike most Japanese hotels which strangely only gives you one or two. Shuttle Bus to beach plus other restaurants. World class food and staff, extremely satisfying stay.

Loved the beautiful...
Stayed 3 nights in this resort and enjoyed the location as it has a panoramic view of Cape Manza and the lovely Manza beach bay. The resort's Ocean Park gave my family an AWESOME time and we were fortunate to get to play it on the second day of our stay after the wind conditions became favorable. It's a must-try activity there however do know that literally all activities there are chargeable...except for swimming in the hotel's beach. We spent a full day using the hotel's facilities as the day before we were out visiting Cape Manza (which is just a 6 minutes drive...AWESOME!), the local gift shops and lovely eateries. The staff's service were generally good but sometimes it can be a little inadequate when it comes to communicating in English. Nevertheless, the great ocean views and wonderful location rendered us a truly lovely vacation there!

Excellent family resort
An excellent resort with nice thought through faculties to cater for the whole family. Good choice of Breakfast options. Kudos to the cleaning and maintenance staff who keep the place spick and span. The only gripe would be limited to the behavior of the other guest; we had swim accessories stolen by the pool, some took to bathing in the onsen baths despite the clear instructions, some turned up at breakfast in sleep wear/ undergarments.

When we drive to arrive there, the reception staff is very passion and helpful for parking and handling luggage. However the service desk is totally difference (staff is cool) when we check-in in the counter. The facilities in the room is pretty old. As the hotel is famous for water activity, it is better to brief more the visitor the activity in advance. On the whole it is a good resort hotel.

Breakfast not that good
Great hotel with good staff and great location. Only negative was the breakfast wasn't that good. The Italian restaurant is awesome though!
