Overall the hotel was very good in all aspects and what you would expect from the land of smiles, the only let down was that on this occassion there was construction work on going to the extention of the same hotel which sometimes caused noise at times. The staff were very friendly and did everything they could to make the stay comfortable. Great location for shopping and nightlife with plenty going on just around the corner. Would recommend highly once the construction is complete.

this is the best hotel i have stayed at in pattaya,in fact the best one in thailand. i will be staying at the tim botique again next year.
the room was superb,and the breakfasts were excellent.
Shopping Tip:
Good shopping anwhere near the hotel

apart from the dates on review being wrong (again - actual stay from 13 to 24 march 2011), tim boutique continues to deliver. it is excellent value in my opinion. location is very central, hotel is friend-friendly, - see if you can get a room at the front of the hotel rather than the back, as it will be quieter, although i have had a room at back and not been disturbed - there is major double glazing in place for your comfort. if you are new at hotel, try the swimming pool on the roof with swim-up bar.
Restaurant Tip:
From hotel walk to Second Road and turn left. In the Avenue shopping complex (about 100 metres) there is a place called Pizza Pizza. forget the pizza - the calamari is fabulous, and the sausages, and italian salads, and wine by the carafe etc

Good hotel but no water kettle in the room
good location and not expensive

Located in the southern part of central pattaya,close to a more popular area, northern part is much more quiet as I walked to there in one night, i like southern part more;hotel just next to second road,the road has many shops,bars,mini-marts;the whole area was still crowded during midnight;good for transportation;the room is large with balcony,toilet is large with shower area and facet bathtub,very nice toilet;

value for money to stay in,near shopping centre, beaches , health massage parlour,convenient store and restaurants.The bed was very comfortable , room was clean and equipped with bathtub.tv was big enough,the staff was polite there as well.Cheersss.....

Had a very relaxing stay, the hotel is close to many great places to shop, eat and drink. Short stroll to the beach.
The hotel had many quests but was quiet and relaxing. The staff were VERY friendly and made me feel welcome each time I walked thru the door.

Nice Hotel. Good loacation.
Clean comfortable room, good size, nice breakfast buffet, great pool.

The hotel was far from full, so why did they put me in a room exactly over where they were doing major demolition and rebuilding? Hammering began at 7:30am and continued all dsy. I don't understand!!!
Please keep the pool open a little later - at leaast until 9 or 10pm.
Travel tip:
Instead of using the hotel internet, go down (right) on #2 road 2 blocks. There is a 24 hour internet place (on the right)that charges half what the hotel does.

Excellent room; welcome reception and good service

The reception on arrival was very considerate despite being early. They were friendly and helpful for all my requests for taxis. Departure was also stress free. Excellent throughout.

Clean & Good Location Hotel
