Neat hotel, great staff
Close to the train station, friendly staff, great room

I suspect that the staff noted that we were on our honeymoon and gave us a little upgrade - the room was fantastic!
We chose the location as it was close to the railway station. Because of that, it was only a block away to a fairly run-down neighborhood (well, the closest thing that Austria has to one!). We still felt very safe.
The staff were very helpful, recommending great local restaurants and a nearby coin laundry.

Not modern interior, but big room. Hotel is far away from city centre and placed not popular place. the hotel has excellent parking area. Very client oriented service.

Lovely Hotel with a Splendid Room

This hotel is at a good location nearby the main train station. The rooms are well equipped with a sitting area and all that you will expect to find it a 4 star type hotel in Europe. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was so large.
Worth the money you pay for.
Initially it was a bit hard to find but once you get your bearings it's easy.

The hotel is s short walk to the Mirabell Gardens and also Old Town. You will definitely be amazed by how cozy and unique Old Town is. Will definitely want to make trip there again. Music is also played ard the town making it very pleasant and relaxing.

The hotel room is excellent, they just got everything you wanted. Location is great as well, 5 minutes walk from the train station and 15 minutes walk to the city center. You don't have to worry about the 15 minutes walk as you will pass by the famous garden and the beautiful scenery.The receptionist are kinda cool but friendly and you can find loads of local tour to join at the reception. Great stay and I will definitely go back.

The hotel is within 5 minutes’ walk from the main train station of Salzburg, which is very convenience as we travelled by train with luggage. Though its proximity to the main train station, it was located on a quiet street, so there is no noise problem. There is a small sitting room in each room, which is a plus for us. We had breakfast (which is not included in the package) in the sitting room in our 2-days stay in Salzburg.

This is the second time I stay here when I come to Salzburg again. The price is very reasonable,but it'll be better if the breakfast is inclouding the price. Gernerally speaking, it's worthy to stay .

There is a Billa market nearby. It's very convenient to buy some food or cookies at lower price.
