Arrivati in hotel chiediamo la camera con vista sulla tower e ci accontentano subito. Le camere deluxe sono spaziose e ben arredate. Peccato x il bagno non grande e non molto nuovo. Tutto pulito e wifi gratis in camera funzionante. Gratis servizio deposito bagagli. Personale dispinibile. Nessun inconveniente. Zona ottima.

ottimo per chi vuole soggiornare nel centro della vita notturna e dello shopping; ovviamente il traffico stradale in zona è congestionato a tutte le ore

Questo hotel e' situato in una delle migliori posizioni possibili, vicino praticamente a tutto quello che interessa il turista.
La camera standard e' piccola ma pulita.
Il personale e' poco affabile, spesso impegnato in operazioni col cellulare, e talvolta sembra addirttura seccato dalla presenza di ospiti.
Il vero punto debole di questo hotel e' comunque la colazione, decisamente una delle peggiori che io abbia mai trovato in Asia. Il caffe' e' veramente imbevibile e praticamente non c'e' niente da mangiare.

L'hotel e' in una posizione eccellente.vicinissimo ad un'area shopping tra le piu' convenienti e piu' grandi di kuala lumpur. Situato in una vietta silenziosa ma a pochi passi da ristoranti e bancarelle di ogni genere. Area piena di turisti e nessuna difficolta' a trovare taxi.personale cortese e disponibile ad informazioni e prenotazioni.colazione da migliorare nella la varieta'di portate.le lampadine bruciate no vengono cambiate

I stayed in a room at the 5th floor which had an amazing view of the KL Tower. The room had ample space, a comfortable bed, clean bathroom with fixtures that worked properly, and sophisticated interiors. There's a 100 ringgit deposit refundable after checkout. Location is right in the heart of Bukit Bintang along Tingkat Tong Shin near the Hawker Street of Jalan Alor so there's great accessibility to the malls. Fast check in and fast checkout. Loved the design of the lobyy although they absolutely have no foyer for when you just want to sit, relax and watch people go by, except the restaurant - but then you'd have to order something. For its price, Alpha Genesis is one of the best options in the area.

good hotel but we had 'bug' issues
the hotel itself is located near a hopon hopoff station which is quite useful if youre planning to use this mode, attentive staff who try to cater to our needs and secure access to lifts and rooms

Our first night at the hotel, we found that our bed was infested with bedbugs. We called staff's attention to it and they were quick to move us to another room. Unfortunately, the only available room that time was with 2 single beds so we had to take it but the staff promised that we'll be moved to another room the next afternoon. When we followed it up the next day, it seems there was no deluxe room available so they upgraded us to one of their suites. No further incidents thereafter and we had a good sleep on our second night...

The staff was very attentive and 1st class, on the 2nd night the room next door was making alot of noises and we called 3 times before the noise stop, and the staff didnt lose the temper and we finally got to sleep.
Clean and away from the traffic, few minutes walk to the shopping area, strongly recommended if you want to be the shopping areas yet a quiet place to rest

Good and attentive staff, comfortable room, value for money with great location. Staff assisted quickly to requests. Room is comfortable enough for a budget holiday. Accessible to puclic transport and shopping area is walking distance from hotel.
