Questo hotel e'molto confortevole ed il personale riesce ad essere cordiale soprattutto per il fatto che parla inglese, i confort sono alti colazione e cene molto buone. Mi sono trovato bene e sicuramente ritornero' visto ch eviaggio spesso in Marocco e adesso che sono stao posso garantire serieta' ed efficenza in ogni reparto compreso sauna e massaggi

I really was looking for much more resort type of hotel, and people at the hotel should be more helpful in explaining the sightseeing area. The way to lead to taxi was also abit unfriendy.

Hotel is next to the beach but beach wasn't clean or inviting. Nice big rooms with excellent hot showers. About 5-10 mins drive to the mall. There's shops selling bottled water cheaply just next door (drinking water wasn't provided).

Great hotel, nice staff & in a perfect location! Right on the beach & in the hub of restaurants & shops. Only a 5-10 min cab ride to a massive shopping centre. Great place to stay, although can be a little noisy at night but didn't really bother us.

t's a hotel for a business trip and non for family enjoyment , actually could be rated as a three star hotel and noon four star hotel, out side very noisy and can't sleep during the night. Hotel staff opening the room door without knowking the door or taking a permission.

Lovely Hotel and Service with a Sincere Smiler
The Staff at the Reception Desk were very understanding & exteremly cooperative

Actually I was scared because I had a bad experience with another Internet e booker when they reserve a room for me in Dubai and upon arrival, I discovered no reservation for me there..!!
This time every thing was as scheduled and expected. The staff at the reception although we arrived after midnight were extremely pleasant and helpful. We were planning to fast next day so they agreed to offer us early breakfast (Sohoor)which was really delicious.
Next day we asked to change our standard room in the old building because of the Bathroom problem and they agreed generously without any extra charges.
Their breakfast buffet is fantastic as well.
Actually every thing was a 5 star service (rather than 4 as it's official class).
