Friendly Staff and Room Condition Is Excellent
New Renovated Room, Spa Bath, Fruits Every Day
Very pleasant stay as the room is clean and very comfortable. Bathroom is perfectly clean. Very polite staff at the resident club reception counter at 14 Floor and perfectly to have a drink or chat with couple while having the night view of Tsim Sha Tsui sea view at Resident Club. Well done

Pleasant stay
- location, breakfast and room comfort
Location wasn't the best but it was close enough to the train station. If possible get a room with a view of hong kong island. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Will definitely stay again if we do come back to HK.

Construction ongoing
Room , Location & vierw from the bar on 15th floor
It is not mentioned on the various websites , but there is extensive renovation ongoing. Currently there is a semi lobby area available for check in etc . Construction noise can be expected througout the day . Upon mentioning this , the front office was kind enough to extend us (6 audults / 3 rooms) an upgrade to the executive floor , however without having the option of using the facilities there( like lounge access , breakfast option etc) . Service in general was somewhat below of what one would expect from such hotel.

Nice hotel but service could be better
Spacious, nice level 14 business club, nice facilities
Stay was alright - certainly didn't like how they were doing renovations and there was loud drilling between 9am til 5pm. Service wasn't great. For a supposed 5 star hotel, the service was definitely lacking. The concierge just stood around and they weren't very enthusiastic to assist. Level 14 which houses the business club was great - it had a wonderful view and service was much better up there.
