i like the hotel.. it's cheap but very beautiful rooms and beautiful view, one minute away from the metro and it's very close by the metro to the city center. it's clean very recommended. but there is no air-conditioner in the rooms.. for me it wasn't so important . the weather in moscow is not that hot.

Good hotel
the rooms. the location. easiness in reservation.
Good. I have used it since mid 90s. Rooms are good. Sometimes, the lines in front of the (too few) check-in staff are long, and the bureaucracy is bad. Once you get your key, everything is good. Rooms are spacious, there is a WIFI, the elevators are good. Location is good. A few minutes walk from "Partizanskaya" metro station. Shops (incl 24/7 grocery stores) in the area. Distance to the three major airports is considerable, sometimes it takes a long time to get there (or back to the airport), but the value is great and worth spending another halfhour in the airport taxi.

Bad reception, the rest is good.
The view from the window, the price, the position near a historic place - the Izmailovo Kremlin.
We, a young couple, paid for a big double bed but they tried to put us first into a room with two small beds. When we insisted on a big bed they said that there were no such rooms left but we insisted again, and they found one.
