Airport Transfer Details
Any guests who book room with Airport Pick Up, please submit the flight information along with reservation prior to the pick-up date, otherwise the hotel will not be able to guarantee the transfer. Also, please note that the hotel representative wearing red jacket will be waiting at Passenger Arrival Exit "B" (Gate 5) and holding a sign with the Shangri-La logo. The staff will escort guests to the hotel Limousine. If, for some reason, guests cannot find the hotel staff, please contact the Information counter.
In order to carry out emergency repairs, the Shangri-La Wing swimming pool will be closed from 20 to 29 April and will re-open on Wednesday, 30 April 2014 at 6 a.m. While this area is undergoing emergency repairs, the Krungthep Wing swimming pool is available at your disposal between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. daily.
