It feels so warm and cosy in the guesthouse. The owners are really friendly. We had breakfast with other patrons on the same table. We chatted and it feels very welcoming. The room is clean and the bed did not disappoint.

An excellent find, in a great location.
This is one of the most comfortable B and B's I have stayed in. Period features, high ceilings, mine hosts were just great. Ann is a gem of knowledge on local attractions, and the breakfast was more than ample. [Extras like hot cooked food can be done for a minimal cost]. Originally I booked for 3 nights, but cancelled the next place and extended to five nights here. (It was a resort and very cold and unfriendly.) The beds at Jacaranda were to die for. Comfortable, electric blankets too. A generous common room with Microwave and hot drinks facilities, Foxtel and heaps of reading materials, games, etc.. The house has ample outdoor areas, gardens, BBQ facilities, and is within minutes walk to the shops and night life / eateries. All in all, it was a haven for me, a home from home. Very enjoyable..

Prime location between Busselton Jetty and CBD
location, wifi and breakfast
Location- The main reason for the selection of Jacaranda is the walking distance for my family as I was participating Ironman Western Australia. It is a short 8mins walk to the Busselton jetty and 6mins to IGA supermarket/ Fat Duck Cycles. Additional 5 mins will take you to Woolworth and eateries. Rooms- Ann was nice to upgrade me to a triple sharing at room (house) 8. It's a small Hut with attached bathroom. Basic amenities are all available; 14" LCD TV, Aircon, heater (wasn't working), kettle, hairdryer and carpeted floor. Due to the poor design of the door, the large gap from the door allows the cold air from outside to sip-in, we have to shaft a blanket to isolate the cold air. This also leads to the door not secured properly after she replaces the towels & cups daily. We returned back to the Guesthouse with the main door ajar. Overall, a little cramp, but we can make it for 2 adults and a toddler. Service- As mentioned early, Ann sounds like a hospitable person over the email. She showed me around the beautiful Guesthouse. There was an incident were I shifted the furniture- the twin beds to the side of walls, as my boy fell off during sleep. this also makes a better walking space. However I was reprimanded for that, she insists that I revert to the original settings as it contravene the safety regulation of running the exposed extension next to the door. I said I will have the extension removed, she declines. I explained that my kid falls off the bed and she replied, "This is not my problem" I reverted back to the original settings and true enough, my 2-yr old old fell off the gap between the wall and bed and cutting his lips this time. We were very upset and thought that being a grandmother, she could have empathize with us. Food- Basic breakfast food; breads, lots of variety of cereals, milk & Cordial, and fresh cut-fruits

Quick overnight stay. Room was small but comfortable. I sleep like a log but my partner said she was awakened by noises in the night.
