Free Shuttle Ride

Free shuttle ride
The staff are very accomodating. They offer free shuttle rides on near sites and malls, I got a free shuttle ride going to Sta.Ana Wharf. I also like their cafe americano. Wifi connection is weak though.

the worst hotel we ever stayed
I stayed in maybe 50 hotels before and never had such a bad experience. I can not understand why this hotel is 3 star-rated and has a comment rate of 7+ The first was that they write a lot about what they all offer but at the end nearly nothing worked, for example airport pick up, we detailed told them airline, arriving date and time and there was no one at the airport so we had to pay a expensive taxi. The first room was dirty and a lot of cockroaches in the bathroom. After this we got a new room, this also looks like cleaned maybe one month ago because for example under the mirror where you leave toothpaste and so on everything was dirty. Aircon in both rooms were very loud, so loud that you can not sleep good. In the room it is only one electric connection for smartphone, nothing for laptop or so and this is bad for a room which is offered for two persons. Both rooms the shower nearly has no pressure, seems like they installed water saver shower head (which is okay) But it is not okay when at the end there is nearly no shower pressure so that it was really hard to take a normal shower. As next they offer Restaurant and different food, at the evening we tried to order food but the most was not available. They had to buy rice outside so it was nearly cold and the meat was also nearly cold and the 2 serving order was only like 1. At the end there was a mouse in the restaurant room where we should eat, really terrible when you think about the cleanliness and that you have to eat in a room where mice had dinner with you too. Room service did also not clean the room at the next day. I think they have bed-bugs too, after the second night the skin off my girlfriend was itchy. We where so happy to leave the hotel. bad that we booked two nights in advance. I would never stay here again and can only tell stay away and take an other hotel

Friendly staff, Good location, Clean
Me and my boyfriend used to check in to hotels whenever we travel and this time we made an exception. We wanted to try a cheaper accomodation and spend more on our experiences in the city. We are very particular when it comes to cleanliness and Jade Dragon was able to deliver. Best thing about them is their friendly staff. They are approachable and made sure they've attended to our needs. Their standard room is small though but the most important thing is it is comfortable and clean. I will definitely go back if I have the chance.

The best hotel in the phillipines for the money

I was very impressed with this hotel. The service was extremely good. My room was a cheaper room but was totally complete and if it wasn't I could call and it would be. I highly recommend this hotel based on the cleansliness and the great attitudes of the staff! it is in a place that I felt safe as a foreigner. and I never comment on hotels! but they deserve a moment of my time. Thanks to all the staff from the guard to the reception to the room service!

We will be staying here again

helpful and honest staff, free ride to nearby areas, great value for money
Other then the thin bath towels and the corner of the bed where i often bump my knee (which could be addressed by re-arrangement), we had a great stay! The staff were very helpful, courteous and honest. We were allowed an early check in without additional charge. It's a bit of a walking distance from the city centre, but if you don't feel like walking they have a car service that will take you to nearby attractions free of charge. Davao is a clean and safe place to walk around for tourists. The transportation is easy and the cab drivers, like all of the people we met, were honest enough not to trick tourists into paying more than they have to.
