I stayed for 2 night at this hotel. Everything is nice enough. But there is several thing in this hotel that I think need to improved : 1. wi-fi connection is a lil bit slow 2. The front desk staff need to be more polite 3. The shower button in 1 of my room is not working, please have more attention to detail 4. Upgrade the children playground and swimming pool

Nice Place to stay

nice bathroom (junior suite), friendly officers, large bed
4.7
I traveled with 2 kids (8 yo and 3 yo) Their first impression when they were looking at the room was that they were so exciting looking at the bathroom and the bed (I ordered Junior Suite) The ambiance was good, comfortable and cozy. The playground was fun Breakfast was good, though I came too late and when I came, almost 75% of the food are not refilled again. Anyway...besides all those positive things, there are always some room of improvement. The "room of improvement" are: - Refrigerator is not cold - Swimming pool for kids is broken - Swimming pool is not so clean - Treadmill only 1 and not very good to use - They provide fruits, but no knife...how am i suppose to eat those? Beside ordering Junior Suite, I also ordered Gajahmada Suite for my parents and sister. Well...that room...more expensive...but not as comfortable as Junior Suite which cost less than it. The bathroom was too small, The living room was not as seen as in the picture. But the good thing about Gajahmada suite was that the room have separators, so if we bring baby, they can sleep while we talk in the living room. I would love to make another reservation there, but definitely not the Gajahmada Suite.

Good, not Great.

The breakfast, the staff, and the bed!

Jambuluwuk is located a little ways away from Maliaboro; making a walk require some sweating. The highlight of our stay was the staff: extremely kind, helpful, and as accommodating as they could be. Three things to improve on: 1. The walls are paper thin. We could hear the people next to us clearly. Not so great for possible honeymooners (or) couples! 2. We requested non-smoking, but only smoking available. Now, I do understand availability disclaimers, but we were first to check in, and we booked 3 months in advance. 3. The "SPA" portion of the hotel is completely incompetent. They had no idea what to do, how to take a reservation, and we extremely inexperienced. I would encourage them to be more prepared in training their staff if they want to advertise this hotel asset as much as they do.
