Overall OK But...
The staff weren't ready. We advised that we were arriving early and we requested an airport transfer. The transfer didn't happen and the hotel staff then proceeded to advise Agoda that they couldn't provide the service. The room wasn't real and when we did get our room it was far from clean. Still the hotel was pleasant and staff were helpful.

Not a real 5 stars
It's a local hotel. For Asians, it's not a real 5 stars for European standards but it's very good price. I had a ayurveda massage and it was nice.

location, location, location
It was for my parents anniversary celebration. There was some trouble regarding reservation when i've been inform that it was cancelled due to pending payment. I was very upset because Agoda cancelled it 2 minutes after I received the pending payment email which was send at 11.55pm! I was very angry and had managed to spoke to Agoda customer service to ensure they reinstate my reservation. Luckily it was done despite all the trouble. As for the hotel, it was a simple hotel with basic room and facilities which was overrated as a 5-star hotel.
