good pool, bad location

good swimming, good staff and good service
The hotel is so far from the town, more of the taxi driver didn't know where it is. It cost so much of the transportation. But the swimming pool is good, if you go with friends or family. And the staff is nice, his talk a good care of us.

This Hotel Sucks and It is a SCAM!!!

Not in this life time
This is simply the worst stay of my life. The address given is wrong! Do not be fooled by the address and assumed it is near Walking Street. It is atleast 15KM away!!!!!!!!! The address given was SALES OFFICE!!!! Not the actual place. It is located in no mans land!!! I warn you, if you would like to be near the fun, do not choose this place.

These villas should not be advertised as North Pattaya, they are halfway back to Bangkok!! If you want to stay in the middle of nowhere and not see another guest then this is the place for you. We had to hire a taxi at 400 baht to take us into Pattaya which was a 50 minute drive away.We then had to find another taxi that was willing to take us back as not many of them want to travel that far at night. The breakfast is pre made and comes cold in cling wrap.If you care to microwave you can get it hot. It was awful so we left it and had to wait till we got to Pattaya to eat. The price for this villa was way over the top and a total ripoff.

overpriced for what you got

very private
I would not recommend this place because there was no value for the price. The breakfast was served in the room under celophane and was invariably cold. The pool was small. There was no internet so we had to forgo on line work for a few days. The advertising stated that the house was on a very private beach. The beach was polluted and we were several blocks from it. The club house did not serve drinks and we didn't see another person while we were there. The house was so far from anything that we had to travel by taxi to do anything. There was no patio furniture so we had to sit either in the gazebo or lay on the patio to sunbathe. Far too much money for what we got.

Nice but location not good

Nice room, nice pool
The rooms are nice, a pool is inclued and it's clean. It's good to stay for vacation purpose. But the location of the hotel is a bit far from the city centre. And no shops and restaurants next to the hotel, this is the only problem. But the hotel provides taxi service to go out, it costs about 400 Bt. Overall, it's a pleasent stay and it is recommended for family.
