It was ok...
In the beginning, we had very dirty sheets and one broken bed. We had discussions with the staff about the bed in which you could definitely not sleep. We had single beds and one was good and the other one was really bad. After changing the bed it was fine. Pool is nice and location is good.

Amazing staff!
I left a pair of shorts in my room by accident, it was no trouble at all for staff to mail them to me the next day. So grateful. Not a big fan of Tonsai area...don't expect glorious views, but the room is comfortable and clean..and served us well to be near the port and bars for the evening. Thanks again to all the staff.

Trip to Phi Phi island
Is very near to the Pier. Just about 8 mins walked from Pier to hotel. Nearby are all the bars, restaurants and convenient stores. The check in process are ok but the staff does look very friendly. My friend's was given a room with the aircon not functioning well but the staff insist the aircon was functioning normally and no intention to change for a new room. Wifi was rather weak. Overall the room is ok but not as good as we expected. Hope there are improvement on their facility~

Great place
On Phi Phi you might get places that promise much, but deliver little. Or that are expensive and not good quality. Not here. Great value, great rooms, great location. Easy to find and near the harbor. Lot of good places to eat just around the corner. Party areas are close, but not too close for the music to disturb. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location, good value
A really nice place in the middle of Phi Phi, easy access to both bays, nightlife and the pier. The rooms (although basic) were very nice and clean, including a soft bed, tv, fridge, air con and hot shower. Although small, the pool was refreshing (though could do with some seats around it). The hotel is great value and a good option for Phi Phi.

I liked, will stay again, but it's not without it's problems.
This almost never happens, but I found the room to be "better" than the pictures. Most of the pictures I've seen of these rooms are dark and yes, the rooms are a bit too dark with dark wood ceiling and dim lights, but I found it to be kind of romantic and the overall appearance to be nicer than what I had seen in the pictures I'd seen from the hotel, and thus better than what I had expected. I got 2 rooms of which both accessed the pool directly. I can't emphasize more how impressive this is to be able to look directing out into the pool and being able to walk out directly into the pool. I like staying at places with pools, but I never seem to get to the pool, but it was so easy to access the pool here that I found myself in it twice every day. Price: I've read some reviewers complain there are hotels near for less. I'm sure there are, but I doubt this nice. Maybe there are other nice hotels too in this price range, but do they have a room which directly accesses the pool? Probably not. The rates this hotel charges are reasonable. If you want cheap, get a cheaper hotel as Phi Phi has lots of crappy cheap hotels to select from. One thing about Phi Phi is you won't be spending much time inside your hotel so don't obsess over getting the best hotel. Depending upon what type of traveler you are, you may or may not be ok with a crappy cheap hotel either. I like nice, clean, modern, but reasonably priced hotels and this hotel fit that need to me perfectly. I'm not usually wanting to pay for the best, but not willing to stay in crap either. Everyone is different, but for me this hotel fit perfectly. Location: I'd been to Phi Phi a few times many years ago and it was much easier to find your way around then, but it's so dense now that it's confusing and difficult to find your way around the maze. Finding this hotel would have been very difficult, but they have staff waiting at the pier when the boats arrive with a sign for the hotel and they will take you to t

Well worth the money
The staff are nice. Location is very good. The room is comfortable and clean. They should supply tea and coffee at least.

Old room, smelly back lane
Location was the only good thing about this hotel. Other than that, the smell was so bad coming from the back lane. Pool was dark and not well litted, toilet in the room was a bit creepy. Overall, too expensive for this kinda room
