The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that it was quiet.
Be vigilant at the Jockey Hotel.

Convenient location, friendly staff
Staff, room size, location.
Friendly staff with fast check-in and check-out. Located about 30mins walk to the palace. The bathroom inside the room looks very old. Door locks need better security. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.

OK choice
Good value & central location
Jockey is a good value with a decent size room, free wifi, cable TV, and bath tub (hard to find). Chinese restaurant downstairs. Location is right near Monivong and 5 minutes to the riverside action. Service very friendly and smiley. Only one negative was ants. I complained but still had black ants. This is easy to solve with bug spray but in Cambodia and Thailand staff does not like smell of bug spray. Anyway recommend this hotel to budget traveler compared to other options. Also regarding other comments I did not find any noise and the elevator and internet worked fine.

Small hotel not for western-tourists
don"t accept indoor-rooms without windows to the street, poor staff, poor rooms, internet sometimes no function
