Dirty food - bugs in food
Stayed in Club Level - food was terrible as bugs in bread, food was served cold, breakfast they ran out of food - cinnamon roles, staff were less than trained, head manager clueless tied to bug issue, etc ... Poor venue indeed.

Attentive, helpful staffs

We stayed for 5 nights at your hotel, we tried the New York steak house this time with a couple of our friends. Food was Fabulous, very quality beef cuts from the world cooked to perfection. I lost my fone on the taxi departing from the hotel and was assisted buy concierge team to find back my fone. A lot of effort and sympathy were shown to help me call taxi company, the driver etc.. I really appreciate your attitude towards guests lost items even though it was not lost at your hotel. At the end didn't get my phone back but once again, thank you to the concierge team for their help. In overall, a great hotel, clean, nice restaurants and street food is just across the bridge🌞🌞. Overrated Hotel
Room quality was good as were the housekeping staff. Excellent in fact. As for the Club Level staff and food, it was shall we say terrible. The food was far less than deserving Club level quality as the budget has clearly been cut. What they call food was garbage at best! Starts at 6PM (too late) and the quality and slection is bare thin. The staff in the Club Level stands around talking to one another vs. serving guests. Front desk Club Level staff do not understand English and are poorly trained. Took me (4) attempts to get info correctly tied to minor re-booking issue. Again, if yur going to proclaim to be (5 star) then man up and improve Club Level quality of food and service. As for hotel Steakhouse, I had the T-Bone and baked potato. Over cooked and far too expensive given the quality of the meat. I've had better steaks at Outback Steakhouse quite frankly. The location of the hotel is good and the staff downstairs upon entry are nice. Took a while to get a simple taxi as the fellas upfront apparently are clueless tied to taxi requests. Overall - the Mgt team needs to go back to Mmgt team school and understand that Club Level guests should receive perks like decent quality of food, served at 5pm vs. 6pm with above average service included in the offering. This is a 4 star hotel!
