Staff friendly. Could improve the daily room cleaning, floor staff absent minded there were days towels were taken and not replaced. toilet paper not replaced. Overall happy with our stay at the hotel.

Practically no hotel water in during mine stay, brought it up to the hotel reception numerous times, they acknowledge the issue but did nothing about it. cable tv shows majority local channels with most english channels locked. wtf. the hotel is situated where cabs and cheap transport are hard to comeby. not ever going back unless no other alternatives in faridabad.

Nice hotel with good food

Overall experience was good. Nice hotel to stay. But it is a bit far from Metro station and also a bit deep down from main road.

Terrible Hotel: Tried to charge x 2
A terrible experience. I had to argue that the booking paid to Agoda. Reception lied and said that Agoda had confirmed the booking not paid so I ended up with an expensive international phone call to prove Only when under pressure did the reception admit that they were lying and had not contacted Agoda Then in the morning when checking out a repeat of the experience of checking in The room was freezing cold and only when I got angry was the problem solved No hot food at night Very ppor hotel

neat hotel, value for money if book through agoda
neat and clean, good service, good toiletteries, reasonably good food, near to multiplex
located in sector 31- among first few sectors when you enter faridabad from delhi side, it is relatively new property, and therefore, very neat and clean. the bath rooms are also kept in tip top condition with transparent glass to the bed room. however it is in a newly developing area. only one shopping mall has come up nearby. i think the waiters need training in hospitality. early morning at 6.30 am, there was a knock on the door- a guy from housekeeping gave me toothbrush and shaving kits! how absurd it is to be woken up like this!! despite that it is good value for money if u book through agoda.com, as normal tariff is quite high.

the hospitality is good, cleanliness better. bar is good. restaurant needs to improve. buffet lunch/dinner is not available most of the times. no system for any complimentary drop/pick ups.
