Rude Front desk Personnel
The attending FO was unaccommodating, impolite and super arrogant We feel discriminated; he must have something against Bisaya guests. :(

Good location.
There are fast food chains around and a small shopping centre which makes it convenient. Taxi drivers usually ask for 200 pesos when you take cab from here to airport, but it should be less than 120. You should insist using meter then just add some tip. Food servers need to improve on their customer service.

Ideal location for airport.
This is still a fine hotel. The place has a stylish look, the staff despite being very busy were helpful. The shower is the best I've used in the Philippines, and there's a good restaurant and decent breakfast. However, when I last stayed 2 years ago, breakfast was an all you can eat buffet, serving rice, garlic rice, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, longanisa, hot dogs, tapsilog, tapas, chicken adobo, tocino, bangus, and freshly made to order omelettes, as well as powdered fruit drinks, tea and coffee, fresh pineapple, watermelon and mango! Oh well! I suppose they were losing too much money, but one of the reasons I went back was no longer available, and I was so disappointed for my partner when we went down to breakfast and were served from a set menu! Still an enjoyable stay though.
