Look for another hotel
Location
Hotel is old, dark and tiny. Hit my head twice due to the low ceiling. Poor drainage in toilet, power supply cut off every night and muddy water from the tap. No breakfast and no restaurant in the hotel. Poor staff attitude and cut throat airport-hotel transport fees.

Quite Nepalese Charm
architecture of building, quite Nepalese style room, quite garden
It's not so easy to find this hotel because it's not beside road yet in a lane. Hence noise of vehicles and road people can be far from your room. Its building is quite Nepalese styple and made me feel fresh and interesting. The boss and staff are very warm heart and friendly. But the ceiling is quite low (about 2m), equipements are simple and (a little bit of) old. There are only two 220AC receptacles work in my room. Anyway, Kathmandu B&B Inn is still a charming hotel and worth to choose.

Upgrade on a room given which was beautiful
Nice decoration, centrally located and friendly staff
I returned from Pokhara to this hotel as I knew how to get there and what to expect. The manager upgraded me to better room for free. The room was nicely decorated but the bedding was still uncomfortable and as I am a tall person I still knocked my head as I entered the bathroom. Now, the theft which happened at the hotel was long over so I was able to enjoy the rest of my time here. The hotel staff was friendly but I had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to open the door if I came back after 11pm.

Book online as Agoda lower than walk-in
Location, Staff and Friendliness
It was good to book online as this rate was lower than the one offered to me in person. The manager offered to take me out on the night but I was expected to foot the bill. I felt I did not want to do that. The manager saw me give the taxi driver 1500 rupees instead of 300 and did not intervene to say that I was mistaking 500 rupee notes for 100.
