Was short which was good

Aircon, Smoking rooms, good bathroom
Turned out to be a hotel for old rude tourists, Far away from anything which is bad in phuket due to the high cost of taxis, Overcharged to book a taxi away from the hotel, Breakfast was substandard. Run down hotel and probably past its best days.

Room dated, poor service, worse breakfast ever

Nice taxi driver from hotel
To be honest it was not much of a stay. Thank goodness we had only booked one night. We felt like an inconvenience for the staff. A few stale croissants for breakfast was all there was. Not good.

clean and friendly

professional reception staff
This hotel is very business-like, not the usual resorty style that you find in a tourist island like Phuket. However, we found the simplicity and professionalism very refreshing. No bath towel animals, pushy tours desk or massage brochures. Just a good value room in a local area within easy walk of a beautiful park and a slightly longer walk to the weekend market. My only critcism was the breakfast - not a lot of effort went in to this.

Friendly staff but hotel is a little shabby.

Helpful staff
The staff at the hotel were very friendly and tried to help us even though it was difficult for some of them with the language barrier. They were very sweet. I was not happy with the first room I was allocated and asked to see another. They up graded me without hesitation and the room was acceptable but not great. The hotel is in desperate need of a re-vamp. It is quite big and was probably quite nice in its day but it looks tired and shabby now. It felt very empty too, I don't think they had many guests staying when we were there. I was pleased we were only there for a couple of nights. Rooms were fairly clean. I wasn't impressed by the dining room at breakfast as the tables had not been wiped down and that was off putting.

Nice hotel but not so good location

friendly staff, nice room
we arrived at the hotel at night, around 11pm. the staff welcomed us nicely. knowing that we were 5 people, they even upgraded 1 of our rooms so that it will be more comfortable for 3 people in 1 room. of course, without any additional charge. it was great. however, after that we went out to look for a place to eat near the hotels. we were expecting that the area will be crowded at night, unfortunately, it was not. it was very quiet and a bit dark. no eligible restaurant nearby. so, i think that if you look for access to city entertainment, it would not be a right hotel for you. but if you want a quiet, peaceful vacation, this one is great.

Great service but outdated hotel

Service was ok very friendly staff
The hotel other than being outdated has still got a great big gym and big swimming pool Wasn't worth what paid to stay there as the location was in the back streets of Phuket town and being given the very last room on the 12th floor isn't the most ideal when ur all alone Service was great however.

In overall, the hotel was not a 4 star hotel. Not atleast by European standards. Perhaps an ok 3 star hotel. But the breakfast needs some adjustment. For example flies buzzing in the tables needs to be taken care of I bet that this hotel had it's golden age 10-15 years ago, now it definitely needs remodeling before it can call itself a 4 star hotel

Quiet hotel at the edge of town.

Clean room. Newly refurbished interior.
Its at the edge of town. SO its quiet. Our room was on the highest floor and we had a great view of the village, greenery all the way to the sea (bay). The internet connection was good. Each floor seems to have few wifi router along the hallway. We didn't dine here but ode red the beer. Its hotel prices. As there are so many restaurant down town, get yourself there. they have shuttle service to Central Plaza which is one of the biggest and nicest mall. make use of that service if you are not driving. Good for huge group. only few of the front desk staff speaks good English.

good hotel for its price

having a driver to dope us off to places we wanted to see
hotel was ok. the location was distance from things to do, but the good thing is that they provide drop offs to places you want to go. the bad thing is that you have to find your way back and taxes is expensive from the shopping malls back to the hotel. oh and the mattress are really hard.
