Not so good. Just so so
The location is strategic in the Township of Brinchang. 5 minutes walking distance from Pasar Malam. but! but! but! Not clean and not beautifully decorated room. There is not enough lighting. Expensive and is not worth cost. worse room, bad hygiene, super noisy, bed was super uncomfortable 3 toilet was sucks. very dirty, spoilt toilet door, the toilet cover was spoilt too. VERY NOT WORTH FOR MONEY!

Not recommended!
- The condition of the room was really really BAD! Too dusty! And very old; totally different from the pictures displayed on Agoda. - Upon reaching, we were shocked by the look of the terrible room, plus the toilet wasn't functioning. We asked for a change but the receptionist denied our right by claiming all the rooms in the hotel were fully-booked; without even checking the availability of the other rooms. - Not worth for money!

worst hotel experience and bad customer service
I would like to complaint about the staff and on duty manager for KAVY HOTEL CAMERON HIGHLAND. I'm very frustration and disappointed with the service that your company provide for me as a customer who stay at KAVY HOTEL CAMERON HIGHLAND. I checked in at 4.50pm on 28/5/2016. Firstly, we had inform receptionist about the light in the room is not function. They promised maintenance will be coming soon to resolve the problem. However, they failed to do that. At the same time, there was heavy rain. Around 1.20am, the room start to leaking water. We did inform receptionist about this problem. The receptionist told us will inform manager and get back to us. I'm very unhappy and disappointed with the solution that provided for us. There are two solutions for us, first is hotel would compensate us with the breakfast voucher or refund the payment for us and asked us check out at the midnight. Receptionist told us that problem of leaking water is not their problem. This is not their responsible and they could not do anything for us. I was unsatisfied with the solution and request to talked to the manager who had the authority to fix the problem. However, staff refuse to contact this manager and the manager also refuse to talk to us. Receptionist asked us to wait without any other solution. Actually for those who stayed at level 3 of KAVY HOTEL CAMERON HIGHLAND also affected. No one is coming to resolve the problem for us. Around 4.00am, the on duty staff arrange a room without electricity for us to rest. By the way, the manager still refuse to come and talk to us. We even can't get the full name of this manager. Staff only promised to us that manager will come in 7.00am on next day. However, on 29/5/16 @ 10.30am. The manager still haven't come and we was attended by supervisor of KAVY HOTEL. This supervisor told us that he was not aware of this issue and hotel side still can't do anything for us. This is because the hotel just renovate and leaking water is out of their
