Very clean,will come back again
the hotel is very clean , the staff is helpful , the restaurant food is nice, you can call the massage just beside the hotel entrance , will come back again .

Good for the price
Very well cleaned, staffs are helpful, rooms were small (you get what u pay for), location is adjacent to Bayoke sky hotel which is in the heart of pratunam area.

Nice & Accessible
This is one of the place where we will booked whenever we are in BKK. It is near and accessible to most of the places. And service was not too bad as we had asked for a changed of bigger room with an extra bed which was granted to us. It was a good stay.

One BAD staff with worst service
I stayed in this hotel for 3nights and we never asked for any room service as well. So during night time around 9pm, we went down and ask for the shampoo and mineral water from a staff. Yes, he is eating. He could just open his drawer right beside him and pass those things to me immediately (previous night, the other staff is doing the same way) however he just refused to give us and ask us to go to the lobby located at opposite building. Ok fine, i walked to the lobby in another building and i talked to the front desk staff, she use the walkie talkie and communicate with the staff (that eating in the counter) and ask him send water and shampoo to my room. When i walked back to my building block, that staff knew is my who want the water and shampoo, he just ignore me and continue eating. After i waited 40mins in room, finally he knock my room door and pass it to me. It is time consuming and disappointed on the service.

Poor sound proofing
Can hear the doors closing/slamming, neighbour's tv and chats, kids running up and down the corridor.

Deposit .
Just wanted to borrow Thailand plug charger , but seem everything need to give a deposit fees for borrow. Very not feel satisfied for the staff saying that each room only can with 1 card, no extra. Since me and my friend is not same time back to hotel. Feel disappointed with this small request.
