Beautiful, clean, quiet, restful
After 30 hours of air travel me airports, this hotel was a wonderful destination. Our daughter got I 7 hours before us and had not trouble checking in before we arrived. The staff was very calm and helpful. The room, nd all facilities were elegant in their beauty. Need I say more?

I love this place
I am here for the second time. I love the fact that it is right on the road with lots going on but sooo quiet. The pill is so peaceful and the rooms are beautiful with private balconies that are so nice to lounge on.

Perfect place for me
We enjoyed our stay at Kejora so much. The location was just perfect. There are nearby restaurants (the glass house is my fave) , convenience stores, ATMs and massage places. All are just within walking distance. Will definitely be back :)

good service on nyepi
nice room / small but cozy pool
We stayed here for 2 nights and our last day here was the nyepi(silence day) so we coudn't go out from the hotel. But we spent time at the pool and they treated us very well on the nyepi day. They offered some snacks and drinks on the pool side, it was nice. Only one thing I was dissapointed is food. Food at the hotel was not good. I didn't like breakfast. I had benedict bagle at first morning and banana crape next day and both of them didn't taste good. And we had to have dinner at the restaurant in the hotel on the nyepi day since it was only the option for us. Dinner wasn't also good.It was buffet and costed us about $20 for each. I didn't enjoy food there much. I recommend to go out for finner if you stay with them. In conculution, I had good time there and don't mind to go back to there again.

Has potential to be wonderful, but fell flat of ex
The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and private. I also enjoyed the blackout curtains which kept the morning sun completely out. We had a premier room near the pool. The staff , when we, saw them were polite however I found service hard to come by. There was never anyone around. Check in was prompt however we were told nothing about anything and there was no information anywhere in the room about the hotel and facilities.Only 2 bottles of water were provided per day. When you can't drink the tap water, and need to brush your teeth , 2 bottles are very inadequate. I asked reception for more and they did oblige but I had to go to reception to get them. If people ordered drinks or food by the pool, they had to press a button and wait for someone from the Glasshouse next door to come over. After people had eaten and drank, the rubbish was left there all day. The vibe was very relaxed but my husband and I felt very young compared to the older couples that were there who sat in rows for hours on end by the pool with their Ipads. We, on the other hand, played and swam in the pool which unfortunately felt like a warm bath most of the time. The place is visually beautiful but it wasn't for us. We got a discounted rate however I do think the standard rate is definitely overpriced. It could be so good though, if their service and communication improved.

Pleasant Little Hotel
the room was well appointed, the bed was comfortable and aircon, wifi and electrical worked perfectly
The hotel is a nice little hotel, no restaurant or bar service, however the restaurant The Glass House next door provides breakfast and other meals and is nice enough. There is good beach access down a lane of private villas. The top rated Kayu Manis restaurant is close by but we never got there.

Lovely hotel with great staff
Room size, staff, value. But I have to add that the bed was huge and comfortable and the shower room was great. The pool was alway a great place to relax. Loved this place
Excellent. I'd highly recommend this place

Could do better
Staff at reception was not very attentive. No warm welcome and no information where I could get something decent to eat (there was a hindu festival, so many restaueants were closed when I arrived). Had mosquitos in my room when I arrived and got bitten several times during the first night. Glas wall of the shower and shower head had not been cleaned for quite a while. Housekeeping also didn't clean used water glases or spoons during my stay. The beach at the hotel was not very clean, either. Not only plastic swimming in the water, but also lying on the beach. Other parts of the beach were cleaner. You can expect better value for money.
