Enjoyed our out of season stay.

Quietness and nearness to our family.
Unfortunately was out of season time with no restaurant open and no other guests but imagine would be great to stay when other people are there and weather is good. This was winter time and we were there to visit family nearby.

Good location

Good Location to the stiring range national park
It was good location to the Stiring range national park. to the albury also takes only 1hour 30 minutes. I did crimb mountain in the morning then went to two people bay afternoon every day.

Fantastic setting with old world rural charm.

Views of Sterling Ranges, rural setting, peaceful and comfortable.
This was just the sort of cabin we wanted, set well off the highway overlooking farm country to the Sterling Ranges beyond. The restaurant food was a good standard with local wines available. The decor of the cabin was old world style which suited the setting and there was plenty of space. We loved feeling we were the only ones there.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Great wildflowers (September/October) in the Sterling Ranges (limestone) and very different flora in the nearby Porongorup Ranges (granite) which are well worth a visit. The climb to the Balancing Rock and Granite Skywalk is worth it.
