The grounds, the pool and the whirlpool.
Our stay was relaxing and very enjoyable. The serene landscape and quiet surroundings enhanced our stay! The pool is incredible! The only complaints, which seem trivial are; local phone call was charged at almost 200 baht, which is probably normal at comparable properties. The shower in our room had no hot water, we adjusted by using the whirlpool shower. The hotel is away from the city center, the hotel complimentary shuttle was too full to accommodate, we had to hire taxis at 300 baht each way.

The grounds are beautiful. Location is good. Staff are great.
Enjoyed it. Would return. Bathroom could have been cleaner and they are in need of some minor repairs.

Nice Relax Resort Hotel

Pool, Relaxation and Staff performance
Length of stay: 3 nights Size of room and cleanness: good size and clean except there are some mold in the bathroom in the shower area especially on the shelf that put shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast: Good breakfast with attentive staff Facilities: We stayed at deluxe room with pool access which is very nice. You can jump into the pool from your own balcony. However, you still need to wear swimming suit before you jump into the pool not T-shirt and short! Excellent spa we recommend you should try their spa. Strength (selling point): Relaxing resort for family. Weakness: Little bit far from the city but you can catch a taxi anyway. Travel tip: Try their tour desk at the reception area.

Good price for value, far from center of things

Good price, Swimming pool, service
Upon checking into the hotel, the staff noted that it was my birthday so a "Happy Birthday" cake was placed and waiting for me in the room after a long day in the town. Very nice touch indeed!!!

Lovely traditional hotel

Staff was great. Breakfast service staff, Gift, remembered my order and was most attentive despite a crowded room.
The hotel was lovely but a bit old and without the air-con, the room does have a musky smell.

Ever been interrupted by a huge rat in a 4 star?

Euh, the plus on the remote? One for volume up, one for channel up, and oh yeah, the breakfast was ok...
We 've booked the Khum Phaya dinner with the Hotel, and this went totally wrong. When asked wat went wrong but they didn't bother much. We were visited by a huge rat in our room in the middle of the night. As a seasoned traveler we usually don't bother much, we know this can always happen, only the way they were solving the issue was totally unacceptable, first we had to move to the room of our sleeping children, saying they would fix it within an hour, without being able to tell us how they were going to solve the issue (lack of English). They would inform the manager of the problem, so we were at least expecting an excuse, but nothing happened? The swimming pool was nice, but only opening hours from 10 am till 6 pm, and due to the trees it was continuously full of leafs. They were cleaning it twice per day, but the way they did that was not very efficient (one guy with small net and bucket)
