Cambodia HospitalityExperience

Spacious room, excellent customer service, good size pool
My stay at the King Grand Suites Boutique Hotel was a very good experience. The room was really big and the service was excellent. I really enjoy the pool although it was quite noisy due to construction work in the land opposite of the hotel. But this has nothing to do with the hotel itself. The staff are really friendly and the hotel is in a good, safe location with plenty of walking distance restaurants. I will definitely recommend this hotel for whoevere is thinking of an enjoyable stay in Phnom Penh.

Well managed hotel

Staff, location, breakfast
Staff were fantastic throughout, particular mention to the friendly cleaning staff who keep the entire hotel spotless. I've stayed at their sister hotel on several occasions and the same standards are maintained here. Breakfast was very good. Pool area was the only slight disappointment - fine for a quick dip, but it doesn't get much sun, no good if you want a day with your book in the sunshine! I would have stayed longer but the building work opposite was noisy, whilst this continues I'd recommend looking at the King Grand/Queen Grand hotels as alternatives.

Good little hotel

Good location. Big comfortable rooms. Swimming pool.
I've stayed here more than once. Good staff who speak English pretty well. Better than average Phnom Penh hotel. At times csn be a little pricey but location is good.

A very good hotel

the room, breakfast, location
the room was ginormous, any bigger and they could have included an exercise track. Breakfast include muesli and fresh fruit with yoghurt (a favourite of mine). What I didn't like was the ripoff when I purchased a bus ticket by them which turned out to be fifty percent dearer than down the road. When pointed out to them that their surcharge seemed excessive they tried to defend their position by distinguishing the bus line. To their credit management offered a full refund (five minutes before departure), this was later followed by a partial refund of the ripoff. I would say stay here as it is a lovely hotel, just do your bookings elsewhere. There is a travel agent about 200 metres away.
