Nice stay
Overall is good but our room is cold as the air heater is not good. Good location; within walking distance to shopping area/The Bell Tower/Elizabeth Quay/etc; easy access to airport Connect Shuttle bus/Red CAT. Parking fee for hotel guest is AUD15.

Renovating your rooms
Need to renovate the look and rooms. Staff should pick up the phone at night no matter what the issue felt by the guests.

Such a disappointment
The hotel had no facilities open. This was not made clear to me when I booked or I would have gone elsewhere. Breakfast was the only meal available. The kitchen was closed for the rest of the day. The bar was closed for renovation as were the remaining hotel facilities. The rooms were tatty and felt damp. My advice, go somewhere else. The Mercurer is almost next door and has great facilities for a similar price.

Promised wifi not available in rooms for 2 nights. However the main issue is the aged hotel. Felt like running out of room once enter through door because of 70s -80s old carpet, furnitures, mosaic tiles, metal pole holding toilet sink, leakage from shower pipe etc no incentive to return even if low price

4 night stay
it is an old looking hotel but the room is equipped with the basic necessities. the bed is very comfortable. the downside is that there is no hotel slippers! there is also a lack of manpower however the staff do try to help as much as possible. the location is ideal as it is walking distance to the train station and the jetty.

Decent stay for the budget conscious
Hotel was a bit old but facilities were decent - not spankingly luxurious but overall a comfortable stay. Location is great - only a short walk to the main shopping area and Elizabeth Quay.

Great location, decent stay
Hotel is old, facilities were decent but had little kinks here and there. One night, for instance, the hot water only managed to be lukewarm. Wifi reception was weak in some areas of the hotel. But location is great - only a short walk to the main shopping areas of Perth. A decent stay for the more budget-conscious travellor.
