COLD and terrible staff

no good
I was only given receipt for half the payment and had made half the payment in cash. Staff called me names out loud, one then apologised stating that he did not know I was still at reception and he could not see me from his angle. Rooms are not heated, only half hour in morning just so kitchen has hot water. They claim heating is broken but it works fine in the morning. The place is 5 degrees inside in the night. The shower gives cold water and does not drain and the light does not work. The kitchen is too dirty. The living room has both radio and tv loud so it makes you sick to listen to this.

Get out of Dublin

The warning on the black board telling to get out of Dublin, Location is ok
Cold, noisy and cold cold cold. The staff are unfriendly. The breakfast area where you eat is uncomfortable and there is no air in there so it gets really stuffy. Beds are cold, room is cold, all areas inside are cold.

it was not bad

breakfast, clean, comfortable
I had to change the date of check out, so i was little embarrassed, but all clue was so kind that my problem was properly handled. (there was little problem in refunds, i don't know why the asked me to pay in advance even now) a room was very clean and quite. the only thing bad was wi-fi. i thought that i could use wireless internet in hostel, but it was difficult to use even in public space. in case i have to stay in dublin, i will go this hostel again.
