Clean room, excellent location
Excellent location, easy access to variety of restaurants. Accessible using airport bus (RM5.00), not directly in front of the hotel, but 5 minutes working distance. Better than paying RM30 standard charge for taxi. Or use Uber, cost about RM9.

Clean and good location
Pillow and pillow cover has a little stain but the room and toilet is clean. Near many restaurants and main attractions. The aircon take long time to cool. Overall this hotel is good with clean room, worth your money.

Very small room.
Room was so small we cancelled this booking after our previous stay a week before. Could only access the bed from one side.

Excellent location and value for money
This is the 2nd time I came back to stay at the hotel, after my Mt Kinabalu climb. I made a feedback on the shower door not being able to close properly on my previous stay and they noted my feedback and fixed the door. However, the 2nd time I stayed there, the aircon wasn't really working well so it was still quite hot and stuffy in the room although the temp was set at 16 degrees Celsius. There are many good foods located right next to the hotel, along Gaya Street. The room is clean and comfy but there is no proper wardrobe and fridge but we're cool with that. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who are coming to Kinabalu.
