Airport Transfer Details
Any guests who book room with Airport Pick Up, please submit the flight information along with reservation prior to the pick-up date, otherwise the hotel will not be able to guarantee the transfer. Also, please note that the hotel representative wearing red jacket will be waiting at Passenger Arrival Exit "B" (Gate 5) and holding a sign with the Shangri-La logo. The staff will escort guests to the hotel Limousine. If, for some reason, guests cannot find the hotel staff, please contact the Information counter.
For Krungthep Wing guests, please be informed that buffet breakfast service at Riverside Lounge is temporary unavailable. However, guests may enjoy international buffet breakfast at either NEXT2 Café, located by the river on level 1, or Horizon Club Lounge on level 24 of Shangri-La Wing, per following service hours:
NEXT2 Café : 6:30 am to 10:30 am. (Monday-Sunday)
Horizon Club Lounge : 6:00 am to 10:30 am. (Monday-Friday)
Horizon Club Lounge : 6:00 am to 11:00 am. (Saturday-Sunday and Public Holiday)
