Central location
This is by far the worst place we have ever stayed anywhere, ever. And we have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world. While the apartment itself is very spacious, it was unbelievably dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in months. The shower floor was broken so that we couldn't even stand in the centre of the floor - there were huge cracks in it which they tried to cover with masking tape, it was a mess and not safe to use at all. The shower was also grotty with mould and scum all over it and old soap bars others had left behind. The towels and bedding smelled damp, and we're pretty sure our bedding hadn't even been cleaned before we arrived as we found several hairs in the bed that clearly belonged to the previous occupier. There was a thick coat of dirt/dust on many of the fans, lights and shelves also. The apartment smelled really bad as well as it is above the restaurant so there was a constant foul odour of cooking fat combined with cigarette smoke hanging around. About the staff- while the lady seems lovely she clearly doesn't know how to look after the place, and the male owner just sits there and chain smokes in the dingy restaurant and makes you feel completely unwelcome. We have never felt so dirty staying in a place before, avoid at all costs!

Worst hotel ever.

Good breakfast, nothing else
The room in this hotel was totally unsatisfactory, unclean, not dusted, furnishings and fixtures broken, ants, initially no towels, waste basket, water or soap. Upon entry into this room we complained to the owner. Two towels and a waste basket were provided, but no soap. Water had to be paid for but we were only informed of this upon checkout. The futon was broken beyond repair. The towels and bedding were old and shabby. Two lights would not work. One in the bathroom only flickered and we replaced it with a lamp so we could see in the dark. The bathroom was very old perhaps from the 40's-50's. Which sums up the condition of this room. They would not provide even a partial refund. Street noise was excessive. The only quiet time was 1-5 a.m. Ants appear on a suitcase and later on the futon. I did not take a shower or sleep well for two nights. That said, the lady owner was helpful with information and provided a very good and large breakfast. I do not however believe that she has any experience or ability to rent rooms. Do not book here if you value your health and sanity. I do not normally write such negative reviews but feel obligated to inform Agoda customers of the problems we experienced.

Don't stay here

location, breakfast, nothing else
It was one of the worst places on our year long trip! And yes, we slept on the floor in poor villages around the world. First the positive things: the place is centrally located and the breakfast is quite good. Having said this, our first experience was one of meeting the chainsmoking, grumpy owner who makes you feel as welcomed as a piece. As for the room, it was huge but at the same time disgustingly dirty. Everything was old to the point where it should be thrown away and nobody had cleanded this place in at least a few months! The best part though is that you cannot come and go as you like since the rooms are above a little restaurant that closes rather early and opens rather late. So being trapped all alone in a smelly dingy and dark restaurant room at 9.30 o'clock in the morning (we said we would like to have breakfast at 8) belongs to the special treatment of this place as well. We had now idea how to contact the owner and just had to wait until his wife turned up some point. Who ever gave this place a high score before must be related to the owners. It has to be said: avoid at all costs!

good location, friendly staff

room size, restaurant, staff/owner
enjoyed my stay.came to do thai visa run and found this place on agoda, really cheap when you consider that if you stay 2 nights(i stayed 4)whats not advertised is that you get 1 free breakfast and 1 free fixed price lunch menu which are both excellent quality and very filling. the owner is an ex french chef and he has passed his knowledge onto his staff.excellent a la carte menu with wine to. only 2 rooms/apartments but very spacious. the only negative thing i will say is that the cleaner needs to be a bit more attentative to detail especiallyin the bathroom, shower doors, shelves, corners etc

Emplacement, services, personnels
