About L'Hotel Nina et Convention Centre

Description

L'Hotel Nina et Convention Centre is a business and convention hotel with 1,608 deluxe rooms housed in two glass towers facing the Tsuen Wan waterfront and looking over Victoria Harbor. Steps away from the KCR West Rail Station and three MTR lines, you are 15 minutes from most tourist areas, and the hotel itself is near a shopping plaza and restaurants. The spacious rooms are lavish, and many have two double beds that are especially suitable for families. A games room and fitness center provide some of the leisure options available at the hotel. While business-oriented, L'Hotel Nina et Convention Centre has moderate rates and the good transportation makes it perfect for tourists.

Perfect!
Everything is just perfect. The only feedback to give is -- the TV in the room is a bit small.

Big room at bargain price
We booked last minute so the price for a seaview room was just about HKD700. We were given a room on the 55/F and the room is much bigger than a normal hotel room in Hong Kong. (There's a dining table and also separate shower and bath tub) The room looks clean enough but it feels like the room has been vacant for a while so the air is a bit stale. Overall very pleased with what we got at this price.

Disappointed
Disappointing experience: 90 minutes queu to check in, wi-fi in the lobby (the only one free, in the room is HKD 120 per day!!) not working, irty and smelly room. The only things that were according to the online information provided by the hotel: room size (ample according to HK standards) and open views. We will not repeat there.

Dust mites and no water
Tap water stopped running while showering – 2 of the 4 nights! My wife was bitten by dust mites! Red, itching bumps on the skin! Room is spacious with bathtub but old and worn out. Lobby is always crowded. Near shopping mall and markets.
