good location, spacious room, quiet surroundings
We arrived the hotel at 10 pm,the hotel lobby was quite crowded, but our check in was fast and smooth. The room was spacious and comfortable Prior to our arrival, we contacted the hotel via email and we received quick and accurate advice on how to get to the hotel. We had no problem getting reasonably good food which is just about 5 minutes walk away outside the hotel. There is a nice and green garden just next to the hotel and the Tsuen Wan West station is just minutes walk away through this garden.Making use of the MTR transport so convenient and easy. In the evenings, the hotel surroundings was rather quiet and peaceful. Our 3 n nights stay at this hotel had been wonderful and relaxed.

Fast check-in and response on housekeeping matters
This is my 2nd time staying in L'hotel Nina. Good location with a wet market nearby, restaurants and shopping centers connected to the hotel. Hotel ran out of bath towels but they were quick to replace with face towels. Friendly staff who helped me with my online Disney tickets purchased although not successful due to their hotel email security.

Reasonably Priced, Basic Hotel
It is a reasonably priced hotel with a comfortable room. My upgraded room on the 73rd floor was very spacious and afforded a beautiful and exhilarating view of the harbour. The hotel needs to look into its maintenance though, as the electrical mechanism of the main curtains in my room were not functioning properly - as they would not open after they have been electronically closed. Also, there was a hairline crack in the sink of my room. The Lobby is a very basic, functional lobby. Nothing fanciful at all. The service standard is also very clinical - cut and dry. One BIG disappointment is that the Hotel charges for Internet access in the room ! [at HKD $120 per day, or HKD $300 for 5 days !!] Internet access is free only in the Lobby area. To get around this problem of being charged such an unreasonable rate, all you need to do is just buy prepaid internet data access from outside providers at a fraction of the cost ! At this day and age, there are very, very few hotels that would still charge for internet access. The hotel must learn to adjust its policies. Lots of Mainland clients too ....

Lift issue
Overall it is not bad. During our stay, we met someone who didn't have a hotel card entering the lift and waiting for someone to swipe the card first. It happened not only once, and we're concerned about the security. Later, the hotel was trying to put security on spot after the incidents being reported. Good job.
