We are surprised by the view of the hotel which is awesome! Take your time to walk around and look at the area in nearly 360 angle, also don't forget to enjoy the infinity pool!

Great stay, beds are a little hard on the back. No washroom's in the hotel lobby. Why? You make the customer travel in the elevator upstairs or walk across the street to the Mall? If you are going to rate this many stars, put a washroom in on the ground level.

What a terrible service standard of hotel?
L'Hotel Nina et Convention Centre
Unexpected attitude when i wanna check out on the front desk. There is no clear instruction to mention that where should i need to quene up in the hotel lobby. In additional, the Customer service representative who is working on the front desk applied a very poor attitude to answer my enquiry, and then named a funny wording to response my question. She said: "In general, we will stand a clear instruction in the lobby. But this is not a normal time to check out". What a terrible service standard of hotel? It is a really bad experienced to me.
