Room cleanliness, easy access to public transportation and friendly staffs.
Stayed at the L'hotel in Tsuen Wan over the weekend. Quite a nice hotel in the Tsuen Wan area honestly. The room is rather big; not usual in Hong Kong and it is away from the busy streets of Mongkok, Causeway Bay or Central. Anyway, Hong Kong is very well connected by MTR and buses. Getting to the hotel is a breeze. The environment in Tsuen Wan West is quite nice too.

not really like 5 star hotel
The view is good
1) Try to amend the name list, agoda unable to help. I have to call hotel directly to amend. 2) Wooden floor getting wet, properly water from bath room. Maintenance is bad, not like 5 star hotel.

Very nice business hotel
clean, big size bed, close to shoppingmall
The check in queue is very long and the lobby doesnt have enough air-conditioning. The room smell a little bit smokie though the beds are big.

Spent hours in queue to check-in...
2 MTR lines available (but I did not take any as the railway reliability recently is really bad.)
I can say that the hotel is almost exclusively for Mainland Chinese. The little lobby is always crowded with people (99.9% Mainland Chinese). It was a nightmare when I was queuing for room check-in, a problem which was even worst than our previous visit. The only reason why I returned this hotel is that my daughter is staying somewhere nearby.
