Comfortable
Room comfort , courteous staff , simple breakfast .
Suggested counter staff to some rectified some defects but not professionally attended . 1) Minor -Rain Shower dysfunction with no utility purpose but just three for show . 2) Major - toilet door nob removed but left with screw pin pertruding upward which is hazardous n harming if any guest step on . ROOM 1118 . Hopefully , above is rectified before any one gets hurt .

Superb staff. Close to hanoi citadel
Superb staff, close to old citadel, close to many local restaurants
I booked a superior room. Upon checking in, i found the room smell kinda moldy. The hotel was fully booked at that time, bellboy apologized and informed front desk. Next day i was upgraded to a deluxe room with city view free of charge. That room was big and clean, and smelled fresh. The entire staff, from front desk to restaurant, bellboys, and cleaning maids, all were super helpful and attentive. On the negative end, the restaurant was kinda small, and was so packed up so finding a seat during the rush hour for breakfast could be difficult. Staff, though, did everything to help. Highly recommended this hotel for great service, and value for money
