A camping resort with some creature comforts

Good location and strong island hopping support
26 year old wife and husband couple traveling together for some island hopping. stayed in a nipa hut, sharing the hut and bathroom with one other room (though at the time no one was staying there). for approximately $25 a night i felt the price was a little too much for the value we got. most of the menu selection was unavailable and the food was average quality. however they did let us fill up our water bottles for free. the entire area was infested with mosquitoes because the resort did not completely drain one of their small ponds for the off season. we missed our first night because we did not properly plan our trip around the limited transportation schedule (ferry and jeepneys), but the hotel manager kindly gave us another night because it was low season anyway. the staff was generally helpful. overall i would not recommend this island hopping trip for the faint of heart because the resort is a little difficult to get to (read the online stories), and there are really only 3-4 accommodation choices to choose from.
