Annoying Angsana Vacation Club Promotion
Very agressive Angsana Vacation Club staff resident on site who approaches you twice a day and finally request your ID/passport and credit card information when you finally agree to join their promotion tour. The staff at Laguna Holiday Club are nice & helpful.

Great for a short weekend trip
We came for Phuket Marathon and having a relaxing short weekend trip. The hotel room was very comfy and spacious, though the swimming is quite small! The location was not convenient as there wasn't much to do around Laguna region apart from marathon. It is good definitely value for money for marathon and a short weekend trip, but if for a longer trip would recommend to stay in other resort region.

Great Value in low seaon
We live in Chiang Mai and come down to Phuket at least once a year. As we enjoy cooking, we were looking for a place with a kitchen near the beach. This is a great place if you're looking for a well maintained hotel with a full kitchen, decent gym and nice pool. The staff were super friendly and helpful (arranging someone within 10 minutes to come fix our flat tire on the motorcycle, and also I left my Kindle on the beach and one of the staff delivered it to the front desk). For the 2,300 a night we paid for the 1 bedroom suite, it was a very good deal.

Weekend stay
Stayed in one of the 1 suite rooms. Except for that fact that our bathroom sink was clogged and although we notified the staff nothing was done. We furthermore requested for one large sized bed but got 2 separate beds, which was very inconvenient due to the fact that we have to accommodate our 5 year old daughter. Overall an ok stay and would consider again, if they could improve on the cleaning and assistance.

Home away from home
I could only get a family room as a solo traveller but it was still a very reasonable price. There are shuttle buses anywhere in Laguna which makes it very convenient if you are travelling with others staying in other hotels in Laguna. The bed was amazingly soft as were the pillows.
