Wonderful London Experience

Staff were very friendly and efficient, locationwise very central and rooms are comfortable.

Overall our stay was enjoyable, the staff were attentive, all our requests were attended promptly. The rooms with park view were the best. Will definitely come back.

Heat system failure. Comfortable bed.

Staff are good, supoortive while I was unable to stay as scheduled due to failure at hot water and heat system. Good location for quiet and peace near Hyde Park. Easy access to public transport.

4* building outlook in Hyde Park area, but 3* outdated hotel facilities in rooms, need contemporary change a lot for survival. No hot water for bath. No heat for room. Bath tube is narrow. Wardrobe is narrow with a bulky iron facilities. Only bed is comfortable. The food at Thai restaurant is made of used (old) oil even other ingredients are fresh and the flavour is more sugar than any usual Thai food whereas food at Island Grill is more decent. I enjoy its lounge bar. This hotel I won't go again.

Staffs are very professional. They offered excellent services especially receptionists,room cleaner ( Ms. Zohra )and also the concierge (Mr. Sebastian. Location is also good, very near metro and bus stop. Definitely we will comeback to this hotel

The staffs are very professional especially receptionist, the staff who clean the room, Ms. Zohra and also Mr. Sebastian in Concierge. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good location. Definitely we will comeback to this hotel again in our next trip

Overrated hotel

Internet in the room didn't work. room was tiny. The pictures on the internet very deceiving. Staff were nice though. Overall highly overrated. Cheaper and nicer hotels in the same locati0n.

Nice Place, unhelpful staff

The building itself was in a great location and was extremely clean, the boys on the door were extremely polite and helpful and really made you feel welcome. However, I called prior to my arrival asking what the earliest check in time was, I was told 2pm but the room might be ready any time after 10am. I arrived at 11:30 on the off chance and was told to come back in an hour. I returned at 11:30am to be told to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes. By 12:00pm I was then informed my room would not be ready until 2pm! Why could I not just have been told this in the first place rather than being inconvenienced? The room was also nothing like the pictures on the website as to how it was advertised. It was small and cramped and the minibar was empty. Not acceptable for a 'superior' room really. Breakfast in the morning was also nonsense. I had paid for breakfast prior to entering but they had no record of my payment, so I had to wait while they checked. Then after asking for tea for 2, we were given 1 tiny tea pot with just enough tea in for 1 person. I appreciate that I stayed at a busy time of year, but as a frequent traveller I won't be returning in a hurry.
