Good for sleeping and bathing in privacy

Clean; not dorm style; not far from Prince Edward subway stop
We were a group of three, primarily in Hong Kong to go geocaching, so all that we required was a room with three comfortable beds, a private bathroom, walking distance to transportation, and within our budge. And that's exactly what we got, so it fits our needs. The room was clean, but very small, with an extremely tiny bathroom. It included a mini fridge and safe as well. There wasn't any space for large suitcases, but that wasn't a problem since we only had small backpacks. If you're a budget traveler who doesn't plan to spend time in the room except for sleeping and bathing, then I recommend this hotel. (I gave a score of 3 for Food/Dining because I have no idea as we didn't eat there. Do they even have dining?)

Clean and nice smelling

Place is well maintained. Wifi is fast. Bed is comfortable. 5 min walk to mtr. As expected room is small including the toilet. No complimentary food/drinks. Just head to the 7 11.

Value for money

Value for money, Good staff and complete hotel services
It was great. The staff were great they really attend to your questions. Complete with hotel services with the price of hostel considering the space and other hotels and hostel in Hongkong. We stayed for 3 nights, they alway serve new towels and clean the room everyday. Walking distance in Prince Edward station. Overall rate close to 4.

Truly Hong Kong!

Clean, friendly, great location!
i loved the Lander. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the hot water unlimited. I was upgraded to a corner room which had more space than others I peeked into, which made my stay of five nights very pleasant. The walls are thin but people in the adjoining rooms were considerate. There's no longer a coffee shop onsite but fabulous Cafe Sausalito is just down the street. This will be my Hong Kong home from now on--nice hotel in a fabulous area!

Unbelievably small

Location, Shopping
I have stayed with budget hotels before with limited space but this hotel blows my mind. I cant even fit properly in the bath when taking a shower. (I am 5'8 and slim body type) The bed was comfortable though but the bathroom was the biggest joke!

Lousy Service...
The room was average. Front desk checking in was lousy. Housekeeping staff was not polite....won't go there again.

An okay deal

Less commotion on streets, cheap, cleanliness
Nothing special, it is just a hotel. But I found it better than the hostels of Tsim Sha Tsui, which cost about the same. This hotel has 9 floors, so if you get a room at a higher floor, you can have view of some streets around. The hotel and rooms are clean, but rooms are quite small, which is general Hong Kong standard. It is a located a bit away from the main streets, at about 7-8 min walk from Prince Edward MTR station, or you can just take a cab from Tsim Sha Tsui, which would cost about $40. Overall, I found it worth the money I spent.
