Relaxing stay in Yangmingshan

1 location, bus stop just outside the hotel makes visit to Yangmingshan easy 2 private sulphor bath in your room 3 big swimming pool for a small hotel
the overall stay was very good , you can make repeated trips to YANGMINGSHAN take your own pace, walk the many trails, enjoy the many sites with different scenery in the day time , have your volcano bath in your room in the evening. The only issue was the restaurant last order was 8.50pm was a bit hurry for us if they can extend it to 9.30pm that would be excellent.

Food arrangement is under standard

Hot spring * 3
Not pleasant , was the first trip I brought my parent to enjoy ,but because of breakfast arrangement , was held In a small "coffee shop" area due to low staying rate , and food was not served accordingly and one of the set is not prepared , after all of the group has finished the breakfast , we asked them to cancelled the last set of breakfast since it was not being delivered..

Nice Hotel with Hot spring bath

Hot spring, Location, Clean
The hotel room is very comfortable and clean with a hot spring bath in it. The hotel staff is very helpful in all information we need. The view from breakfast buffet restaurant is gorgeous.

A good hotel with hot spring in our rooms

mountain view, hot spring, good location
I traveled with my family, including my 83 years old grandma, in Yang Ming Shan and stayed in Landis Resort. My family really loved the hot spring as well as the small but very clean swimming pool. The location of this hotel is really good, with a mountain view outside our windows, and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel which takes you to everywhere in the area. But the resort has no elevator, and the Japanese style room has many small stairs that might not be as convenient for the elderly.

Convenient getaway from Taipei!

Hotspring, hot spring tub in the room, dinner
We had a very nice stay at Landis. Only a 30min cab ride from Taipei, it was very easy to get to, and after a prompt check-in, we enjoyed lounging at the outdoor pool on a sunny day. It would be even better if they served drinks out by the pool! The public indoor hot spring (separate men's & women's areas) was very relaxing & the facilities were clean. We especially enjoyed the hot spring tub in our room which was very romantic! The dinner (Taiwanese cuisine) was also of high quality and was quite light (although we were disappointed to find out that the room with the private spa does NOT include dinner ~ yet it was included for our friends who only had a standard room). We didn't get up in time to try the breakfast. Lunch in the cafe was really nice (local + western options), although the coffee was not great (tasted kind of stale/burnt), and the service in the cafe was really, really slow. But overall it's a great location, has nice facilities and we would definitely come here again & would recommend it for couples especially.
