The stay was great until..
We came at around 10pm, the reservation wasn't made yet, therefore the room wasn't ready, but luckily they give us an upgrade and late check out until 1pm.. The room was great, we liked it... But before check out around 12pm, someone called Tarek from the reception called us and asked us to vacate the room immediately, even after we informed him that we were given late check out until 1pm he still answered very rudely that there's group coming in and they need the room hence we have to go immediately.. He's not at all suitable to be a receptionist with that manner...

An average hotel for the money we paid
1. Located around 10 minutes walk away from Metro station. Every time we wanted to go out, we had to bear with this walk first. And do it on our way back too (becomes hectic especially if you have shopping bags in hands) 2. Rooms didn't have separate irons. You had to call the reception to get it everytime. 3. Air conditions did not work the first day, so we had to repeatedly ask the team to have it repaired or change our room. But they finally repaired it when we got back at night. Also the room is only lightened up by 3 lamps- it could use more lights. 4. Every worker apparently had a key card of their own to access our rooms. We ordered an extra bed at night and the guy after just 5 seconds of knocking opened the door of our room and came in!! This also happened one morning while we were sleeping af 9am. Someone knocked our door for 3-4 times (we were fast asleep). Till we could open the guy tried opening the door with his own key card. Thanks to the manual chain i had used to avoid anybody entering the room whicj saved us. These 2 instances were very pathetic. Otherwise cleanliness was great, food quality was good, enjoyed the breakfast buffet to full.
