Good Hotel at cheap rate

location as it is in night bazaar
i have stayed here only for one night and i found that the best part is the location of this guest house as the night market is few steps from this guest house.
Nightlife Tip: Well, i havent seen that too. there is just night market so you can buy cheap stuffs from there.

Very nice guesthouse,rooms quite adequate

close to shops, restaurants and Starbucks, night market
Everything was quite nice. Friendly staff, clean rooms. One problem,it can be difficult to access the hotel when it rains. The roads flood, past the ankle height. Not their fault but best to wear thongs or sandals you can remove easily. Limited meal menu.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Hotel offers a good service in booking tours. Good travel agent for bus/train travel just around the corner.

lovely guesthouse, would recommend and will return

100 yards from night market, and quiet and pleasant
this is a lovely place to stay, very helpful and friendly staff. only 100 yards from the night market and maybe a mile from the old town. very quiet area and very reasonable rates for a clean and spacious room. would recommend this place to all and would definately return ourselves, which is more than likely as chiang mai is a beautiful place to visit.
Restaurant Tip: the food quarter in the night market has exceptional dishes and friendly vendors. please try the pakistani and indian vendor as he knows his food, and is extremely friendly.

Good Location

Located next to night market, but was still quiet.
About 5-10 minutes walk from a lot of the bars. Next to the night market, but was not noisy. Failry big and clean rooms. Beds were quite hard but you get used to them. Staff very freindly.

Great spot to the Night Bazzar

Night Bazzar at you front door
If you are looking for a romanic place this is not for you. It is a good place to stay for a few days and that is all. You don't have a fridge in the room, the hot water runs out very quickly and if you are intending on showering after 8am you will have a cold shower. Your room is not cleaned everyday if you forget to tell them to clean it. Good thing about the hotel is that it is right outside the Night Bazzar and food places for dinner. You have the Day Markets just down the road also.
Shopping Tip: Great place if you are looking at attending the Day markets and Night Bazzar areas.

Friendly, great location next to night market

Cheap and comforatble
A stones throw from the night market which has great food and shopping. Would definetley come back here and to the night market and to Chang Mai, beautiful place, wonderful people and loads to see and do.
Restaurant Tip: Go to the night market and try the Thalli, it is the best curry and garlic naan bread you could wish for and so cheap you feel like you have stolen it. The guy is so friendly as well and he makes such an effort to make sure you are happy.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: if you book the day trip from lana thai, its cheaper
