Perhaps a little over priced

Great location, just behind a lovely bar and restaurant

We stayed over new year, so perhaps felt a little over charged for what we got. Would have been happy to stay there for a more reasonable price, which it is perhaps at other times. We were not given bed linen and there was no staff available to meet us at any point on the day we arrived... But it was fun!

very nice

loction, near beach, near bars and restaurants

We stayed here before in February 2011 which is the reason we booked it again this time. We are on a long 6 month trip and really needed somewhere cheaper long term as we were staying in Palolem for 13 nights so we booked this for the first 2 nights with the intention of finding somewhere cheaper. I would certainly come here again if on a shorter holiday. The only suggestion I would make re the rooms is that there were more hooks in the walls and doors for hanging things on, but this is the same with all beach huts in Goa, so totally the norm with this type of accommodation.

Fab location

Location...

really basic beach huts with a fan, bed, mosquito net and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. literally less than a minutes walk to the sand via cafe blue beach shack (restaurant) where sun beds are rs50 or free mats on the sand. there are better and worse beach huts available on the beach, but for the price and location these are fine. nb - there is no wifi on the beach despite all the signs due to a dispute between internet cafes in the 'town'. there is an internet cafe really close to the huts where wifi is rs50 per hour or rs350 per 24 hours. you can pick this very weak wifi in the far left corner of the laughing buddha complex.

basic beach hut

I have stayed in several beach huts in goa and found that this one was overpriced and only had very basic amenities. The rooms were clean on arrival but no maid service thereafter apart from response to request to clean verandah of litter. No top sheet provided and only one towel for two. We had to wait around to obtain them the next day. The bed was very very hard and could only be accessed from one side.

Slightly off the beach in a square, providing a bit more privacy. The manager was a friendly and helpful chap, always on hand.

Terrible Hotel

Nothing positive about this Hotel
2.3
There is lot better and lot cheaper right on the Beach. The Laughing Buddha is offering bungalows behind other hotel's nice beach front. They use the central garden as a silent Night Club and its really messy. The staff is not nice at all ( if you can even fine someone working there).
